"FANTASTIC!! We first took this class in 2024, and we enjoyed it so much, we brought family members back to do it. Stam is a wonderful chef and very entertaining. He instantly makes you feel like a good friend, but he doesn’t embarrass you or push you past where you want to be. The recipes are delicious and interesting, as is learning so much about Greek culture. And oh my, the food is heavenly, and you can’t beat the setting. I’ve taken this class twice even though I don’t like to cook! It’s just that fabulous!!"
