"Absolutely fantastic class! You not only learn the recipes and techniques, but get a wonderful history lesson about the family, the estate, and the island. The estate is absolutely beautiful with views of the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. The family was very welcoming and the meal was delicious. The transportation to and from the estate was on-time and our driver/tour guide leader shared with us many facts and historical insights about Crete during the drive. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a chance to join this excursion!"
