The organization assured us that they would do their utmost to find one, and we were not disappointed: we had the chance to meet Michel. I hope all French speakers get to experience this activity with him. He is passionate about what he does, fascinating to listen to, funny, caring, and always happy to share his knowledge while interacting with the participants. The activities are great, but without a live guide like him, the experience wouldn't have been the same. We also had some great encounters in the group. "What an incredible trip this was! I wish this was something that we could experience in every country because it was so much fun, and really informative about the history of Crete and the areas we visited. Nikos, our tour guide, is to thank for how interesting the day was. He made it so much fun for us all! Our tour group was probably quieter than what he is used to, but he was so friendly and warm to us all, and made it so much fun for everyone! The goat farm, off-roading, scenic pit stops (along with extra stops to smell the local herbs and fruits), ceramic workshop and olive oil farm were incredible experiences. The taverna was so welcoming, the staff were all lovely and the cooking class was informative; was cool to see how some local dishes were made! The food was delicious (as was the wine and Raki). Thank you to all involved for making this experience one to remember forever!!"
