My personal highlight was the unexpected and delicious combination of ice cream with balsamico, which I never would have thought to try and absolutely loved. Anton was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience unforgettable. We were even surprised with ice cream at the end, which he made a special sauce for using honey, olive oil, and butter. He explained all about olive oil history and some Greek history in general - super knowledgeable and interesting as well as being incredibly friendly. He gave us two helpings of olive oil dip and 3 different olive oils to professionally taste. All whilst explaining the benefits of the oil and how it carries flavour. He also gave us a secret three ingredient dressing which blue us away. Overall, a really fantastic experience that we can’t recommend enough."
